1. I am not responsible for any items once shipped. If there are issues with delivery, contact USPS first and then send me an email. I will attempt to help, if possible.

2. Please note that this is a handmade product and no two will turn out the exact same.  Slight variations in appearance.

3.  Every order is custom made and resin can take up to 72 hours(3 days) to fully cure before it can be packaged. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

4. When resin cures there may be a few air bubbles, but I will do my best to eliminate them as much as I can.

TIPS: Resin may bend towards high heat, which may cause it to bend.  If bending occurs, while it is warm, slowly bend it back into the correct shape and lay on a flat surface.  Place in a room temperature/cool area.

  - Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for any items they wish to return.

- **Damaged Items:**

  - If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

    - Email photos of the damaged item along with your order number to info.beyondquaint@gmail.com    - This notification must be sent no later than 3 days after receiving the item.
