Shipping policy

At Beyond Quaint, we’re committed to getting your unique, handcrafted items to you as smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details.


1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship domestically within the United States only.

2. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Please allow up to three (3) business days for processing.
  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Certain items require additional processing time due to their handcrafted nature:
    • Resin Domino Sets, Custom Orders, and Tumblers: Processing time is 21 to 28 business days.
    • Made-to-Order Stationery: Processing time is 14 to 21 business days.
  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • We ship via USPS and UPS.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Tracking is provided for all orders.

5. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
  • Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, especially around Christmas and other major holidays. We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
    1. First, contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
    2. Then, email us at info.beyondquaint@gmail.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Beyond Quaint is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to help!

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
